📋 Description

• Develop global sourcing and procurement strategies across IT Categories • Negotiate with suppliers to achieve optimal contractual terms • Leverage industry knowledge and market trends to inform strategic decisions • Build relationships with critical business stakeholders • Define and execute sourcing or category management strategies • Lead cross-functional collaboration with engineering and business teams • Manage supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, and ensure compliance • Conduct market research and competitive analysis • Drive cost savings, risk mitigation, and sustainability initiatives • Lead or support supplier transitions, audits, and performance evaluations • Monitor and report on category performance metrics

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree • 6 years experience in Sourcing & Commodity Management • Knowledge level comparable to a Master's degree (preferred) from an accredited university or college (or a high school diploma with relevant experience) • Strong oral and written communication skills • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs • Established project management skills
