📋 Description

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities to grow the Command Center's client base. • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients to ensure satisfaction and retention. • Oversee the delivery of customer programs to ensure outcomes are achieved. • Support implementation teams to remove risks and barriers to success. • Create compelling business proposals and presentations to secure new contracts and partnerships. • Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities for business expansion.

🎯 Requirements

• A Master’s degree from an accredited university with extensive experience or Bachelors degree college with significant experience in Services, Consulting and Selling • Direct experience in hospital operations for at least a significant portion of their time with health systems • Experience leading and managing people and teams • Basic Knowledge of health IT systems, EMR, etc.
