• Ensures successful, end-to-end delivery of a project or program through ongoing client engagement • Partners with technical teams internal and external to the initiative • Responsible for definition of and compliance with project management methodologies • Performs regular tracking and reporting on progress • Accountable for initiative results verification • Communicates difficult concepts and may influence others' opinions on particular topics
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, computer software, or related field • 8+ years of Program Management experience • Experience working within Oracle • Established project management skills
