📋 Description

• Provide technical leadership for the deployment of a new Digital CORE - Product Lifecycle Management (PLM) system across all GEHC Segments • Define and manage system-level requirements, aligning cross-segment teams to ensure business and technical needs are captured • Develop integration and test plans, resolving technical conflicts through expert guidance • Create efficient new standard processes while maximizing off-the-shelf capabilities of the future PLM tool • Collaborate with engineering, IT, product management, operations, and executive leadership to define requirements, manage conflicts, and drive consensus • Lead workshops to map current and future-state processes, ensuring PLM workflows reflect standardized practices across functions • Lead transformation of CAD integration and data management within PLM to eliminate manual handoffs • Drive item management and BOM transformation for EBOM–MBOM alignment • Lead the development and capture of standardized work processes across existing PLM system functional areas leveraging pre-existing PLM capabilities • Develop integration plans for connecting the PLM system with other enterprise platforms (e.g., ERP, CAD, MES)

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field • 8+ years of experience in engineering technical leadership • Proven experience and strong understanding of requirements formulation, capture and use of management tools (e.g., DOORs, JAMA, MFALM) • Proven experience in PLM systems (e.g., Siemens Teamcenter, PTC Windchill, Dassault ENOVIA) • Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills • Master’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related field (Desired) • 10+ years of experience in complex, cross functional, engineering technical leadership, with at least 3 years focused on enterprise system implementation (Desired) • Experience in new PLM work system development and transition (Desired) • Experience in adapting existing work system processes to leverage the off-the-shelf capabilities of new SW tools (Desired) • Strong understanding of product development processes, BOM management, configuration control, and change management (Desired) • Experience in a regulated, multi-product, multi-tier, global supply chain and manufacturing environment (Desired) • Strong oral and written communication skills (Desired) • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills (Desired) • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems (Desired) • Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects (Desired) • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs (Desired) • Established project management skills (Desired)
