📋 Description

• Develop over 24 months into a knowledgeable point of contact for the clinical support of customers in General Imaging (GI) and Point-of-Care (PoC) • Support sales and applications teams during customer visits at hospitals and medical practices • Present, demonstrate, and provide instruction on innovative ultrasound systems in compliance with Medical Device Regulation (MDR) requirements • Conduct hands-on user training to ensure optimal use of the systems in everyday clinical practice • Participate in and actively contribute to workshops, symposia, trade fairs, and congresses • Take part in internal training programs focused on clinical applications, workflow optimization, and sales • Build expertise in General Imaging (GI), Point-of-Care Ultrasound (PoC), and modern clinical processes and workflows • Work closely with experienced product specialists and gradually assume responsibility in direct customer interactions

🎯 Requirements

• Successfully completed vocational training in healthcare (e.g., nursing, medical technical assistant/radiology technologist) or a completed degree in medical engineering, health sciences, or a comparable field • Enthusiasm for medical topics, modern ultrasound technology, and working with healthcare professionals • Enjoyment of working with people, along with strong communication and presentation skills • Strong willingness to learn, initiative, and team spirit • Very good German and good English skills • Willingness to travel within the sales territory, with a focus on North Rhine-Westphalia • Class B driving license • Initial experience with medical technology, ultrasound, or other imaging modalities is an advantage • Motivation to develop long-term as a Clinical Product Specialist in ultrasound • Willingness to establish your long-term professional future in North Rhine-Westphalia after completing the trainee program
