📋 Description

• Deliver clinical and technical support to the sales team during product demonstrations, evaluations, and sales presentations • Conduct comprehensive customer training on the effective and safe use of GE Healthcare ultrasound systems and advanced applications • Collaborate with customers to optimize ultrasound imaging protocols and workflows • Integrate clinical insights into sales and marketing strategies with Commercial and Product teams • Participate in regional Sales meetings and update Sales personnel on clinical, educational, and product items • Troubleshoot clinical application issues and provide solutions with service and sales teams • Develop and maintain relationships with key opinion leaders and clinical partners • Participate in product launches, workshops, and tradeshows • Contribute to training materials, clinical case studies, and application notes • Collaborate with the Global Clinical Trainer to develop and refine clinical and training materials

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 3–5 years of clinical experience as an ultrasound technologist or sonographer • Comprehensive clinical expertise across multiple ultrasound modalities • Primary focus on Cardiac imaging, with General and OB/GYN applications • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills • Ability to train and educate individuals and groups effectively • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills • Fluency in English and Cantonese required • Mandarin is a plus • Willingness to travel frequently within Hong Kong and occasionally internationally
