📋 Description

• Identify, communicate and resolve engagement issues in a timely and organized manner • Supervise, train and mentor junior tax colleagues • Prepare complex Individual, Partnership, and Corporate tax returns • Review individual and business tax returns • Assist with tax planning • Participate in administrative projects such as the annual revision of checklists and engagement letters • Manage client relationships professionally and courteously

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelors or Masters degree in Accounting/Tax • Active CPA or EA • Strong analytical, technical and communication skills • Ability to balance multiple priorities and complete assignments by deadlines • Pivot quickly and adapt to changing client and business dynamics • 4+ years of current or recent public accounting tax experience • Must have client facing experience • Experience as an Acting Tax Manager is a significant advantage • Experience with High-Net-Worth Individual, Partnership, and Corporate tax returns • Comfortable with tax software such as CCH Axcess
