📋 Description

• Lead the development of product features and experiences that increase user activation and engagement. • Define and execute a strategic roadmap to improve key growth metrics. • Conduct data-driven experiments to optimize the first 30 day user experience. • Forge and maintain strong collaborative relationships across various teams, ensuring alignment with broader business goals and effective communication of product vision and progress. • Own the quality of the product and have a “roll-up-your-sleeves” mentality to deliver best in class products.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum of 8+ years of experience in product management, with a proven track record of taking products from ideation to launch. • Experience with retail-focused products. • Experience with design team collaboration, usability testing, and gathering user analytics. • Proficiency in organization, prioritization, and attention to detail, with proven ability to manage multiple projects with concurrent timelines. • Affinity for teamwork-oriented culture and demonstrated willingness to roll up sleeves. • Superb verbal and written communication skills.
