đ Description
⢠Lead the development and alignment of recruitment strategies across Europe ⢠Ensure recruitment efforts are scalable, sustainable, and aligned with organizational priorities ⢠Cultivate relationships with churches, organizations, networks, Sending Entities, and other partners to support the identification and sending of workers ⢠Initiate, lead, and support recruitment activities such as events, campaigns, and presentations ⢠Equip GEM workers, leaders, and partners with the tools, training, and encouragement to engage in recruitment within their own contexts ⢠Work closely with the International Personnel Team to align recruitment with onboarding, placement, and long-term service pathways ⢠Ensure strong communication and collaboration across departments and regions

⢠Demonstrated ability to build initiatives, systems, teams, or ministries that grow beyond personal involvement ⢠Strong verbal and written communication skills ⢠Ability to lead through influence, collaboration, and vision ⢠Organizational and project management skills ⢠Strategic thinking and problem-solving ability ⢠Skills and experience in leading multicultural teams
