âą Identifying and connecting with GEM missionaries working within their zone âą Being familiar with where these missionaries are working and what their ministries look like âą Maintaining a roster with this information âą Staying informed about trends, training opportunities, and developments in Europe that concern their zone âą Gathering and developing systems for sharing resources that can educate, inform, and equip missionaries âą Being a resource/support for missionaries working in their zone âą Being a recognized expert for GEM leadership on their zone âą Meeting 1x/year in person with other Impact Zone Leaders and the president of GEM âą Completing a monthly activity report and submitting it to the Impact Zone Director
