📋 Description

• Reporting to the Sensr Portal Head of Product • Play a central role in shaping and delivering the Sensr Portal investor platform • Work across business functions to translate strategy and roadmap into execution • Drive the full product development lifecycle from discovery to delivery • Establish and continuously refine technical product processes in close collaboration with Engineering and Design • Support feature prioritization and release planning, ensuring timely and efficient delivery of high-quality product updates to clients • Triage and resolve bugs with urgency, balancing quality with velocity • Partner with various internal teams on cross-functional initiatives

🎯 Requirements

• 6+ years of proven end-to-end technical product management experience, working closely with engineering teams to ship complex software products • Strong experience with B2B SaaS products • Strong experience documenting detailed business and technical requirements, including necessary acceptance criteria • Experience using market standard product management platforms (i.e. GitHub, JIRA, ADO, etc.) • Deep familiarity with the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to distill complex problems into clear documentation and actionable recommendations • Demonstrated ability to manage competing priorities and adapt quickly in a fast-paced, dynamic environment • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related technical field. Background with fintech, financial services, private equity, and/or real estate investment • Experience with AI tools in both embedded AI applications and in support of product development processes • Ability to work during PST or MST hours to collaborate effectively with the broader team.
