📋 Description
• Set up our affiliate program: Start the program, set up tracking, commission structure, and onboarding flows. • Manage affiliate recruitment and outreach: Find and contact potential affiliates. • Coordinate affiliate materials: Own the creation of a media kit, affiliate T&Cs, and welcome emails. • Track, analyze, and report on affiliate performance: Monitor conversions, commissions, and top-performing affiliates.
🎯 Requirements
• 3+ years of experience managing affiliate programs (ideally on platforms like Impact, PartnerStack, ShareASale, or similar) • English C1 or higher • Understanding of affiliate tracking, UTM parameters, and commissions • Strong attention to details and analytical skills • Ability to manage multiple tasks independently and keep things well-organized • Comfortable working with developers and designers to ship assets or integrations • Confident writing emails and outreach messages to potential partners
