📋 Description

• Turn briefs, scripts, and storyboards into finished videos in After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere • Own the workflow from Airtable brief to final check • Gather assets and generate AI expert avatars in HeyGen, Terra, ElevenLabs, and other AI tools • Assemble edits and polish subtitles, pacing, and sound • Build hooks and visuals using Pinterest and similar organic assets, AI footage, stock footage, and motion graphics • Maintain a dynamic pace with approximately 2-second shots, cuts, speed-ups, sound effects, and close-up footage • Switch between experts as the SMM Lead sets priorities in Airtable • Research new experts, adapt content to their style, and maintain workflow continuity • Use and maintain shared After Effects templates and presets • Test new formats and trends and share effective approaches • Produce approximately two 1.5-minute videos per day

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in motion design or video editing • Short-form portfolio for social media • Confident in After Effects (type animation, transitions, templating) and Premiere, or an equivalent • Experience with CapCut is relevant; the team works in CapCut • Feel for hooks, retention, trends, and dynamic pacing • Hands-on experience with, or strong interest in, generative AI tools for video, including HeyGen, Kling, Seedance, and similar tools • Ability to work fast without losing quality and adapt quickly when experts and priorities change • Ownership: ability to dig into briefs, ask the right questions, deliver on time, and take feedback calmly • Ukrainian language • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher • Experience creating content for US/EU audiences is a plus
