📋 Description
• Take ownership of marketing analytics solutions, tools, and decision-making processes • Build and maintain strong, productive partnerships with key stakeholders • Ensure a predictable, efficient flow of high-impact deliverables from the marketing analytics team • Lead a team of three marketing analysts (mid-level and above), and grow the team to meet evolving business needs.
🎯 Requirements
• Strong background in marketing analytics within paid growth-driven environments • 4+ years of hands-on analytics experience • 1+ year of people management experience • Sharp critical thinking with a focus on turning complexity into clear insights • Confident stakeholder manager with excellent communication skills.
