📋 Description
• Design experiences that guide new users through onboarding and deliver their very first “aha!” moment • Lead the design process end-to-end: from discovery and hypothesis generation to prototyping, testing, delivery, and iteration • Design onboarding flows that activate users and deliver the first product value quickly and delightfully • Craft intuitive payment screens (around 15% of your focus) • Collaborate deeply with product managers, engineers, UX researchers, and writers to deliver the best solutions • Validate hypotheses directly in the product—your ideas won’t sit in the drawer • Experiment and analyze using product analytics and feedback loops to continuously improve design decisions • Contribute to team culture by bringing clarity, simplicity, and creativity to complex challenges
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years of product design experience in digital products • Proficiency in Figma, prototyping, animation, and usability evaluation (qualitative & quantitative) • Solid background in UI design and a strong foundation in graphic design • English proficiency at Upper-Intermediate level or higher
