📋 Description

• Turn briefs, scripts, and storyboards into finished videos in After Effects, CapCut, or Premiere • Manage the workflow from Airtable brief to final check • Gather assets and generate expert AI avatars using HeyGen, Terra, ElevenLabs, and other AI tools • Assemble edits and refine subtitles, pacing, and sound • Create hooks and visuals using Pinterest-style organic assets, AI footage, stock footage, and motion graphics • Maintain dynamic pacing with short shots, cuts, speed-ups, sound effects, and close-up footage • Switch between Digital Experts according to SMM Lead priorities in Airtable • Research new experts, adapt content to their styles, and maintain workflow continuity • Use and maintain shared After Effects templates and presets • Test new formats and trends and share effective approaches

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in motion design or video editing • Short-form portfolio for social media • Confident in After Effects, including type animation, transitions, and templating • Proficiency in Premiere or an equivalent; familiarity with CapCut • Understanding of hooks, retention, trends, and dynamic pacing • Hands-on experience with, or strong interest in, generative AI video tools such as HeyGen, Kling, and Seedance • Ability to adapt quickly when experts and priorities change • Ability to investigate briefs, ask appropriate questions, deliver on time, and respond calmly to feedback • Ukrainian language • Upper-Intermediate (B2+) English or higher • Experience creating content for US/EU audiences is a plus
