📋 Description
• Планувати та проводити користувацькі дослідження (інтерв’ю, опитування, юзабіліті-тести) • Допомагати команді ставати ближчими до користувача через навчання та фасилітацію досліджень • Проєктувати UX/UI для нових функцій — від ідеї до інтерактивного прототипу • Тестувати власні рішення з користувачами та ітерувати на основі фідбеку • Підтримувати структуру й узгодженість дизайн-системи • Співпрацювати з продуктовою та дев-командою на всіх етапах
🎯 Requirements
• Досвід роботи на аналогічній ролі від 4х років • Досвід проведення якісних і кількісних досліджень (інтерв’ю, опитування, тестування) • Вміння перетворювати інсайти в дизайн-рішення • Сильний interaction design: логіка, поведінка, стани, прототипування • Впевнене володіння Figma (компоненти, авто layout, прототипи) • Розуміння принципів UX writing і accessibility • Англійська рівня Upper Intermediate +
