📋 Description
• Develop and implement AI and ML strategies aligned with business objectives • Monitor industry trends and emerging technologies • Challenge data science approaches constructively • Provide expertise in AI platforms, frameworks, and libraries • Evaluate and recommend tools and technologies to enhance machine learning capabilities • Partner with business stakeholders to deliver insights and intelligent ML/AI solutions • Collaborate with ML and systems engineers to deploy models at scale and optimize performance • Manage post-production support and proactively address model performance degradation • Lead machine learning model development from ideation through production deployment • Build, deploy, and manage models using Google Cloud Platform’s Vertex AI • Oversee the AI solution development lifecycle, including MLOps practices • Integrate machine learning solutions into existing products and processes • Lead explorations of AI techniques, platforms, and tools • Mentor and guide data scientists on AI solution delivery • Educate stakeholders on AI practices • Collaborate with stakeholders and data science leaders to improve practices, accelerate analytics development, and maintain maintainability
🎯 Requirements
• Overall 12+ years of industry experience, with 8+ years providing data science solutions • Bachelor’s degree in engineering/technology • Proven skills in leading implementations of AI solutions • Experience providing technical mentorship • Expertise in supervised ML algorithms, optimization, and performance tuning • Proficiency in Google Cloud Platform, SQL, Python, Spark, and TensorFlow • Knowledge of MLOps, containerization, data lineage, and visualization • Experience with Agile development methodology featuring sprints, point estimation, and daily stand-ups • Excellent stakeholder management and storytelling skills • Expert-level skills in AI solutions architecture, Python, SQL, Google Cloud Platform, Vertex AI, BigQuery, Composer, Cloud Storage, and supervised algorithms • Intermediate-level skills in MLOps, GCP cloud architecture, At Scale, Alation, and deep learning • Applicants must meet minimum age qualifications in the country in which the job is located
