📋 Description

• Ensure program readiness for Generation Colombia • Support selection of instructional teams by screening profiles, coordinating interviews, and documenting selection outcomes • Deliver instructor and mentor onboarding and upskilling activities, including facilitating sessions and sharing training materials • Support implementation of the Learning and Teaching vision • Conduct day-to-day program delivery with Program Coordinators • Serve as the escalation point for learner issues during training and help instructors and mentors problem-solve them • Maintain communication with instructors, mentors, learners, and internal stakeholders to track course completion, learning outcomes, and job-readiness targets • Support curriculum updates, validate materials, and complete instructional readiness checks before cohort launches • Support the Global C&I Team with new resources and feedback on tools and curriculum resources • Track and document training service provider performance against contractual, academic, and operational KPIs and produce regular summaries • Validate training service provider compliance with curriculum delivery standards, schedules, and reporting requirements • Conduct performance review check-ins with training service provider teams • Identify and escalate risks and performance gaps and support corrective action plans • Schedule classroom observations and academic reviews, collect evidence, and document feedback and findings • Review instructional practices against Generation learner-success standards and document improvement opportunities • Set up and maintain program data tracking mechanisms and analyze data • Facilitate program reflection sessions and document improvement actions • Update the learner management system according to standard procedures and reporting cadence • Document and share instructional best practices with country and global teams • Design and execute instructor professional development activities • Analyze instructor onboarding and training data to identify lessons learned and additional support needs • Facilitate instructor communities of practice and structured reflection sessions

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in any field with a solid academic record • 3-5 years of work experience leading and managing education-related programs • Teaching experience in online environments is desirable • Experience managing relationships and communicating with diverse stakeholders, such as training delivery partners, donors, or employers • Interest or experience in coaching or professional development for adults and/or instructors to meet targeted performance goals • Experience using a Learner Management System (LMS) or equivalent and analyzing data to draw conclusions and plan strategically • Professional demeanor and excellent organizational and interpersonal skills • Strong communication skills, feedback-oriented approach, and coach-growth mindset • Intermediate English level • High degree of independence and ability to work as part of a team • Entrepreneurial, creative, solutions-oriented, and proactive mindset • Experience in a start-up environment is preferred • Experience working with educational institutions and/or knowledge of current trends in adult learning and the skills training landscape in Colombia is ideal • Openness to traveling to Generation sites as required by the program • English resume required
