📋 Description
• Support our instructors and learners to success • Oversee the day-to-day delivery of programs • Manage a portfolio of cohorts • Monitor classes attended • Collaborate with program teams to ensure timely support
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree in any field • 1-3 years of work experience leading and managing education related programs • Fluent Spanish, advanced written and spoken English • Experience in using a Learner Management System (LMS) • Strong communication skills • Professional demeanour, excellent organisational and interpersonal skills
