📋 Description

• Lead the strategic organization of the PDS Library of resources within GenInfo, centralizing best practices and strategies. • Provide thought leadership on structuring resources to be accessible and impactful. • Work closely with Program Implementation Manager and Systems Operations Associates. • Collaborate with country teams to understand their perspectives. • Design new process guidance to streamline operations and improve resource accessibility.

🎯 Requirements

• Good command of Confluence (GenInfo platform) • English Language Proficiency: Strong command of written and spoken English • Project Management Skills • Visionary & Strategic Thinking: Capacity to envision the big picture and translate it into actionable, long-term plans. • Creative & User-Centered Approach: Ability to innovate while ensuring content is designed with the end-user in mind.
