• Conduct one-on-one career meetings with each student (minimum of two per student per month). • Track progress and provide individualized action items and follow-up support. • Facilitate and interpret work style, skills, or values assessments. • Provide personalized feedback and development plans for each student. • Guide students in resume creation, revision, and optimization. • Provide support in compiling portfolios, LinkedIn profiles, and other job-search materials as needed. • Assist students in identifying relevant job opportunities aligned with their skills and interests. • Provide instruction on job-search strategies, application tracking, and networking best practices. • Conduct mock interviews (virtual or in-person). • Deliver feedback on interview performance, communication skills, and professional presentation. • Maintain records of student interactions, progress, and completion of career readiness milestones. • Provide monthly summary reports to NewForce leadership. • Attend coordination meetings as requested (virtual unless otherwise agreed).
• Career coaching, workforce development, or student success support. • Familiarity with the NewForce model or similar technical training programs. Newforce graudate/Alum preferred. • Experience with resume development, interview coaching, and professional assessments. • Strong communication and organizational skills.
