• We are seeking compassionate and motivated Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSWs) to join our team in providing remote therapy to clients seeking counseling. • This role is ideal for those looking to make a meaningful difference while enjoying the flexibility of per diem work. • Provide individual therapy via telehealth to clients with diverse mental health needs. • Develop personalized treatment plans based on client assessments and goals. • Offer guidance, coping strategies, and therapeutic interventions tailored to the client’s needs. • Maintain timely and accurate documentation of sessions and treatment progress. • Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams when necessary to ensure holistic care. • Monitor client progress and adjust treatment plans as needed. • Adhere to ethical guidelines and maintain confidentiality in accordance with HIPAA standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Active LMSW license in New York State (required). • Strong communication and active listening skills. • Organizational and documentation skills. • Knowledge of evidence-based therapeutic techniques (CBT, DBT, trauma-focused therapy, etc.).
