📋 Description

• This is a remote position. • We are seeking an experienced SAP Consulting Leader with a passion for digital transformation and business process innovation. • As a part of Genesis Consulting, this role involves leading SAP S/4HANA transformation programs, driving client relationships, and spearheading our ERP Digital Core Transformation initiatives. • This position requires a blend of leadership in SAP program management, client engagement, and a deep understanding of digital technologies to help our clients understand their S/4HANA transformation journey.

🎯 Requirements

• 8+ years of leadership experience in SAP Project, Lead, or Program Management. • Extensive experience in solution architecture, integration, and governance in large ERP implementation projects. • Proven track record of leading both large and small, global and local teams. • At least 3 full lifecycle S/4HANA implementations. • Experience with digital technologies (Data, Analytics, IoT, Blockchain, eCommerce) and automation technologies (RPA, Machine Learning, AI). • Strong executive presence with the ability to interact at CxO level.
