📋 Description
• Own the Chief of Staff’s calendar and inbox as a system, anticipating conflicts before they arise • Manage travel • Lead ad hoc operational projects, including market research, vendor evaluations, internal process design, and special initiatives • Filter and prioritize matters requiring the Chief of Staff’s attention, while independently handling other tasks • Support scheduling across a fast-moving, multi-site healthcare organization • Prepare meetings and follow through on commitments
🎯 Requirements
• 2+ years supporting a senior executive • Experience at a fast-moving, cross-functional company is ideal • Healthcare experience is a plus, not a requirement • Ability to write clearly and quickly and turn rough requests into polished documents • Strong confidentiality and discretion • Willingness to take on expanding scope • Remote-first work arrangement
