📋 Description
• Design and implement LLM-based features into our applications • Work across the AI lifecycle • Explore and evaluate emerging AI tools • Collaborate cross-functionally with product, data, and bioinformatics teams • Ensure reliability and efficiency of AI applications • Evaluate and integrate open-source models • Implement and optimize LLM model serving/tuning pipelines • Provide technical leadership and mentoring for engineers
🎯 Requirements
• 6+ years in software development • Excellent skills in Python • Solid understanding of Java • Familiarity with LLM APIs • Conceptual understanding of vector databases • Working knowledge of agentic execution patterns • Ability to evaluate open-source models • Genuine interest in applying AI technologies to advance bioinformatics • Strong ability to convey complex ideas clearly • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
