📋 Description

• Build and scale cloud native applications that power mission critical customer experience platforms used by global enterprises • Drive the development of modern, AI enabled contact center solutions on AWS • Own end to end development across frontend and backend systems • Collaborate with global teams • Contribute to platform level innovation • Build and deploy serverless and containerized applications using AWS Lambda, Docker, and Kubernetes • Implement DevOps practices including CI/CD pipelines, automated testing, and deployment automation

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related field • 2+ years of professional experience in full stack software development using Typescript, NodeJS, and modern frontend frameworks • Hands on experience developing and deploying SaaS applications on AWS • Strong understanding of cloud infrastructure concepts, including compute, networking, storage, and security • Experience with container technologies such as Docker or Kubernetes • Understanding of generative AI concepts, including large language models and AI driven development approaches • Experience working with Windows and Linux environments for deployment and configuration • Solid problem solving skills with the ability to diagnose and resolve complex technical issues • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and automated testing practices
