âą Work with strategic customers to resolve technical issues and deliver exceptional service âą Provide technical support and training to maximize system utilization âą Collaborate with R&D to stay current with the latest technological developments âą Conduct regular system assessments to identify improvement opportunities and optimize performance âą Travel across Europe to work on-site with customers and strengthen relationships
âą Degree in Computer Science, Telecommunications, Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience âą Strong analytical, troubleshooting and decision-making skills âą Ability to collaborate and promote internal communication âą Proven ability to build and maintain long-term customer relationships âą Flexible and adaptable approach to problem-solving âą Professional proficiency in English and French (a third language is a major asset) âą Prior experience in software support and remote deployments is a plus âą Solid knowledge of Windows operating systems and their key components âą Experience configuring and troubleshooting network equipment (switches, routers) âą Knowledge of networking principles, protocols and storage solutions âą Familiarity with server virtualization and client/server architectures âą Expertise in video surveillance (CCTV, IP cameras, recorders, DVRs, etc.) âą Genetec certifications or experience âą Knowledge of automatic license plate recognition systems âą Access control experience (readers, cabling, UTL, etc.) âą Proficiency in languages such as C#, Visual Basic, VBScript, PowerShell or similar âą Knowledge of Microsoft SQL Server
