📋 Description

• Independently managing defined areas of Geneva’s strategic communications portfolio • Supporting Geneva’s mission and business development priorities • Translating research outcomes, organizational achievements, and impact data into compelling content • Collaborating with the Strategic Communications Manager, Business Development, and Office of Strategy & Impact • Developing and managing content that drives business development outcomes • Drafting and editing written materials including presentations, newsletters, and reports • Managing Geneva’s social media platforms • Monitoring analytics across platforms and generating monthly performance reports • Supporting planning and execution of Geneva’s participation in conferences and stakeholder events

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in communications, journalism, public relations, marketing, or related field (or equivalent work experience) • 5+ years of progressively responsible experience in communications, marketing, or related roles • Demonstrated experience independently managing digital communications platforms, organizational websites, and audience engagement strategies • Excellent written and verbal communication skills • Experience supporting executive and board-level communications or advocacy efforts preferred • Strong organizational and project management skills • Proficiency in digital platforms including LinkedIn, X/Twitter, and content management systems
