📋 Description
• Assist BCBAs with documentation and reports • Organize treatment plans and behavior data • Manage scheduling for therapy sessions • Assist with insurance authorization tracking • Prepare ABA session notes and documentation • Maintain electronic medical records • Coordinate communication between therapists and families
🎯 Requirements
• Experience working with ABA therapy clinics • Familiarity with ABA terminology and therapy processes • Experience supporting BCBA providers • Knowledge of behavior treatment plans (BIP) • Strong attention to detail • Excellent English communication skills • Experience with ABA software platforms • Experience handling ABA therapy data collection • Background in psychology, special education, or healthcare
