🎯 Requirements

• Proven experience in **data encoding/annotation** or adjacent ops roles. • **Strong English** and keen eye for detail; comfortable with style guides. • **AI-proficient** (e.g., ChatGPT and similar) and savvy with prompts/workflows. • Spreadsheet fluency (Google Sheets/Excel); comfort with ticketing tools. • Process-driven mindset: you follow the playbook, then help improve it. • Reliability under tight timelines; you know how to ship accurately, fast.
