📋 Description
• Serve as the primary point of contact for customers in need of assistance for Roadside Assistance • Coordinate prompt and efficient service responses • Demonstrate strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities • Uphold excellent communication skills while performing under pressure
🎯 Requirements
• Proven experience in dispatching, customer service, or a related field (knowledge of towing and Roadside assistance) • Excellent communication and active listening skills. • Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure. • Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. • Reliable internet connection and a quiet home workspace. • Proficient in using computers, VoIP systems, and web-based tools. • Willingness to work flexible shifts, including weekends and holidays. • Must be self-motivated, responsible, and able to work with minimal supervision. • Good command of written and spoken English. • Must have a functioning PC or laptop with updated operating system and headset.
