• Evaluate clients' insurance requirements related to towing operations and roadside assistance services. • Provide expert recommendations on coverage options tailored to tow truck businesses, including liability, physical damage, and garage keeper's insurance. • Assist customers with the completion of insurance applications and documentation. • Negotiate policy terms with underwriters to secure the best coverage and premium rates for clients. • Maintain a thorough understanding of the towing industry and related insurance regulations. • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring ongoing communication and support. • Stay updated on industry trends, insurance products, and competitive market analysis. • Resolve billing issues, claims, and other inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
