• About GenLayer Labs • GenLayer Labs is a decentralized AI research collective building the trust infrastructure for the AI Age. • We are the developers of GenLayer—an open, AI-driven Court of the Internet. • Our infrastructure enables autonomous agents and smart contracts to access live web data, interpret natural language, and resolve disputes using AI consensus. • Backed by Maelstrom, Arrington Capital, and North Island Ventures. • We’re defining a new category of decentralized infrastructure: trustless decision-making for the AI age. • Role Overview: We are looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the setup and maintenance of our CI/CD pipelines, automation tools, and infrastructure. • Your expertise will be crucial in ensuring the performance, security, and scalability of our infrastructure. • Key Responsibilities: Set up and maintain CI/CD pipelines using different tools. Implement and manage containerization using Docker and Kubernetes. • Manage cloud services and infrastructure on AWS, Azure, or GCP. Use infrastructure as code tools such as Terraform and Ansible for automation. • Ensure the infrastructure is robust, scalable, and secure. Collaborate with the development and research teams to streamline the deployment process. • Write comprehensive documentation for infrastructure and deployment processes. Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback to team members.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in DevOps roles. • Experience with CI/CD tools (GitHub Workflows, Zuul CI). • Proficiency in containerization technologies (Docker, Kubernetes). • Experience with cloud services (AWS, Azure, GCP). • Familiarity with infrastructure as code tools (Terraform, Ansible). • Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment. • Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
