• Lead business development and sales activities across US for cell and gene therapy-related products and solutions • Develop and expand relationships with key stakeholders, including biotech companies, CDMOs, academic institutions, and core facilities • Leverage existing network to identify new opportunities and accelerate business growth • Act as a trusted partner to customers by understanding their technical needs and aligning solutions accordingly • Drive strategic account development and manage complex sales cycles • Provide insights on market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and customer meetings
• Master’s degree or above in Life Sciences, Immunology, Cell Biology, or related fields • 5–10 years of experience in business development, sales, or account management within the life sciences or biopharma industry • Strong experience in cell therapy or related fields • Deep familiarity with the US biotech landscape and core facility ecosystem • Proven track record of building and leveraging industry networks to drive business outcomes • Solid understanding of end-to-end cell therapy workflows • Ability to understand customer processes and translate technical requirements into business opportunities • Experience interacting with process development, manufacturing, and translational teams • Experience with cell therapy manufacturing-related products, reagents, or tools is highly desirable • Highly self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented • Strong communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
