📋 Description

• Realizar atendimento ativo e receptivo de reclamantes (WhatsApp, telefone e outros canais) • Explicar de forma simples e estratégica: Direitos do trabalhador; Benefícios de ingressar com ação judicial; Etapas e prazos do processo • Atender alto volume de leads, mantendo qualidade, empatia e clareza • Identificar perfil, necessidade e urgência do cliente • Conduzir o atendimento com técnicas de persuasão ética e consultiva • Registrar informações no sistema e cumprir fluxos de atendimento • Atuar com foco em conversão, metas e indicadores de performance

🎯 Requirements

• Experiência prévia em atendimento ao cliente ou vendas consultivas • Perfil comercial, comunicativo e orientado a metas • Facilidade para lidar com alto volume de atendimentos • Excelente comunicação escrita e verbal • Capacidade de explicar assuntos jurídicos de forma simples, clara e empática • Organização, disciplina e responsabilidade para trabalho remoto • Computador, internet estável e ambiente adequado para home office
