📋 Description
• Responsible for maintaining systems, providing technical and functional support to users, analyzing incidents, proposing solutions, and ensuring the continuity and stability of production systems. • Respond to and log support tickets related to system failures, errors, or user questions. • Perform root cause analysis of incidents and propose permanent solutions. • Execute tests to validate fixes and improvements. • Assist in documenting processes, manuals, and operational procedures. • Interact with development and infrastructure teams and with vendors to resolve issues. • Monitor systems and services, acting proactively to prevent failures. • Participate in alignment meetings with business and technology areas. • Ensure compliance with defined SLAs for ticket handling.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor's degree completed in Information Security, Technology, or related fields. • Basic knowledge of SQL, programming logic, and operating systems. • Familiarity with ITSM tools (Jira). • Knowledge of integrations (APIs, Web Services). • Experience supporting corporate systems and familiarity with ITIL or basic certifications (e.g., ITIL Foundation).
