📋 Description

• Installation and configuration of Boardwise for multiple clients on the Azure platform • Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues related to Azure services • Collaborating with customers to analyze requirements and develop appropriate solutions • Maintaining and improving technical documentation (installation guides, etc.) • Continuously improving deployment automation and cloud architecture • Providing technical support to customers as needed (remote) • Working closely with the internal development team on technical challenges • Optimizing deployments, performance, and architecture

🎯 Requirements

• Required: experience in the Microsoft ecosystem (Azure/Microsoft 365) • At least 1 year of experience as an Azure Administrator or in a DevOps role • Good knowledge of the Azure platform, the Microsoft Cloud Adoption Framework, and relevant services (Microsoft 365/Exchange Online, Teams, Entra ID, Azure DevOps) • Fluent in German and English • Experience in technical customer support • Excellent communication skills
