📋 Description

• Map and redesign internal squad processes (briefings, handoffs, reviews, deliveries, etc.) • Structure and optimize the use of ClickUp by creating workflows, automations, dashboards, and reports • Define and monitor SLAs, rituals, and operational routines (dailies, checklists, handovers) • Implement lightweight continuous improvement methodologies (PDCA, Kaizen, Lean adapted for an agency) • Deliver trainings and awareness sessions to the team on organization and productivity best practices • Partner with heads and squad leaders to standardize processes, templates, and playbooks • Measure and track operational indicators (deadline compliance, reworks, efficiency by squad)

🎯 Requirements

• Previous experience managing processes or operations in a digital agency, startup, performance consultancy, or technology company • Advanced proficiency in ClickUp (workflows, automations, dashboards, reports) • Solid knowledge of performance agency routines, paid media, digital marketing, and squad workflows • Above-average analytical capacity and logical reasoning • Strong personal organization and discipline to manage multiple projects simultaneously • Clear and empathetic communication — you will need to influence teams, not just document processes
