• Conduct research and develop ad concepts. • Monitor competitors’ campaigns, follow industry trends, and explore new formats. • Assign tasks to the design team and oversee their execution. • Evaluate creative performance based on advertising metrics. • Establish processes for hypothesis testing and scaling winning ads.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in performance marketing, ideally with Tier 1 markets. • Bachelor's degree in Marketing. • Creativity, self-organization, and ability to generate bold ideas. • Understanding of digital marketing and ability to derive insights from data and apply them. • Successful track record in creating creative assets. • English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
