📋 Description

• Perform electrical quantity takeoffs from construction drawings and plans. • Prepare accurate cost estimates for multifamily, commercial, and light industrial projects. • Assist in preparing and assembling bid packages. • Utilize estimating software such as Accubid, Bluebeam, and Procore. • Collaborate with estimators and project managers throughout the bidding process. • Review project specifications, drawings, and bid documents. • Organize estimate documentation and maintain accurate project records. • Help improve estimating workflows and reduce turnaround time. • Support multiple bids simultaneously while meeting deadlines. • Learn and adapt to the company's internal estimating systems and processes.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 3 years of experience estimating U.S. construction projects. • Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or equivalent estimating experience. • Experience estimating electrical construction projects. • Strong understanding of commercial and multifamily construction workflows. • Excellent written and spoken English communication skills. • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. • Highly organized with exceptional attention to detail. • Comfortable working full-time during Pacific Time business hours.
