📋 Description

• Prepare bids and complete quantity takeoffs for commercial construction projects • Process RFIs and submit responses • Coordinate with subcontractors and manage vendor outreach • Handle pre-construction support activities • Integrate into client workflows through remote communication • Complete approximately 15–20 estimates per month, depending on project complexity • Work as a fully dedicated 40-hour-per-week resource • Communicate proactively with the client’s existing team and workflows

🎯 Requirements

• Civil engineering degree or equivalent estimating background • Minimum 3 years of professional estimating experience • Proven expertise in commercial construction, drywall, metal framing, acoustical ceilings, and interior finishes • Fluent English, written and verbal • Experience with estimating software; OST and Quick Bid preferred • Familiarity with U.S. construction market projects • Strong attention to detail and organizational skills • Proven experience with U.S.-based clients or projects • Availability for 40 hours per week • Ability to work independently and meet a target of 15–20 estimates per month • Ability to work in a U.S. timezone (EST, MST, CST, or PST) • Experience estimating commercial drywall and/or ceilings • Resume must be formatted in English
