📋 Description

• Review, update, and systematize patient and insurance company payment logs • Submit accurate insurance claims promptly to optimize revenue • Collaborate with the team to improve WebPT Therabill and other software tools • Identify software enhancement areas and develop effective solutions • Create and maintain payment-tracking systems • Ensure claims are settled and resolve discrepancies or issues • Manage secondary insurance claims, patient billing, and visit tracking • Ensure services are billed on time • Refine and automate routine tasks, particularly through Google Sheets • Revise workflows to support practice growth

🎯 Requirements

• Deep familiarity with the U.S. health insurance ecosystem, preferably with experience in physical therapy • Proficiency in WebPT and Therabill • Strong English communication skills, written and verbal • At least 2 years of experience in U.S. medical billing • Experience with a U.S. physical therapy clinic or rehabilitation practice • Ability to work as a contractor • Own equipment to work • English proficiency
