📋 Description

• Perform meticulous, detailed quantity takeoffs from architectural, structural, and civil construction plans for large-scale residential and community projects. • Prepare comprehensive, professional material and quantity breakdowns in Excel format, delivering clean data structures ready for final pricing assignments. • Lead vendor outreach to proactively source, track, and update material pricing, product data, and material specifications. • Manage essential pre-construction documentation, including processing RFIs (Requests for Information) and compiling submittal packages. • Track project timelines and deliverables across the entire estimation funnel, ensuring deadlines are met for fast-moving bidding cycles. • Calculate specialized civil and site requirements, including precise linear footage and area calculations for extensive community infrastructure.

🎯 Requirements

• Proven professional estimation experience specifically focused on residential, civil infrastructure, or community development projects for the U.S. market. • A degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, or a closely related technical field is highly preferred. • Exceptional mastery of material calculations, quantity takeoffs, and translating complex blueprints into highly organized Excel spreadsheets. • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and hands-on experience with standard digital takeoff software. • Fluent English communication skills (written and verbal) for seamless daily collaboration, internal reporting, and vendor relations.
