📋 Description

• Perform quantity takeoffs and prepare material lists • Review change orders and quotes to ensure pricing aligns with scope • Work from incomplete plan sets when systems or details are not fully drawn • Clarify scope and fill gaps without always being able to walk the job • Keep estimates current as material lists and selections change • Work as a dedicated estimator focused on one client and embedded with the team

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of residential estimating experience • Familiarity with the New York / Long Island / Northeast residential market • Experience estimating mid-to-high-end residential new construction and renovations • Comfortable with remote collaboration and incomplete drawings • Ability to work 9:00 AM–5:00 PM EST • English-formatted resume required • Willingness to work in a U.S. timezone • Residential estimating, project types, and estimating/takeoff software experience must be provided in the application
