• Design and build sophisticated natural language interaction capabilities for core platform • Act as the subject matter expert and architect for RAG solutions • Collaborate closely with Machine Learning Engineers and Software Engineers • Conduct research and prototype new Generative AI and Multi-Agent Coordination/Planning (MCP) techniques • Develop clear metrics and monitoring dashboards for performance tracking
🎯 Requirements
• Expertise in Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG) • Strong English communication skills (C1 or C2) • Deep familiarity with building production-quality code • Practical experience in building AI functions/tools for Large Language Models (LLMs)
