📋 Description

• Design, develop, and maintain high-performance distributed systems using Go • Collaborate with product managers, frontend engineers, and designers to define, design, and ship new features end-to-end • Implement scalable, fault-tolerant solutions to handle large volumes of real-time traffic • Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code, following industry best practices and internal standards • Develop robust testing strategies, including unit, integration, and end-to-end tests, to ensure quality and reliability • Participate in and lead code reviews, providing thoughtful feedback and fostering a culture of continuous learning • Monitor, troubleshoot, and improve system performance and reliability in production • Contribute to architectural discussions and help drive decisions on scalability, reliability, and security

🎯 Requirements

• ~4 years of overall software development experience • Proficiency in Go • Familiarity with event-driven architectures, messaging queues (Kafka, RabbitMQ, etc.), or streaming platforms • Experience designing and operating distributed systems and microservices in production environments • Solid understanding of data structures, algorithms, concurrency, and performance optimization • Hands-on experience with relational and/or NoSQL databases • Experience deploying and managing services on AWS or another major cloud provider • Familiarity with CI/CD pipelines and containerization (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes) • Knowledge of observability tools (Datadog, Prometheus, Grafana, OpenTelemetry) • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
