• Grid’s end-to-end verification solution shields institutions. • We’re looking for a Senior Product Designer to help us grow the next generation of our product and expand our footprint in the industry. • We are seeking an experienced Sr. Product Manager with a strong background in Fintech.
🎯 Requirements
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree preferred. • Minimum of 5 years of experience in product management, with at least 3 years in the Fintech industry. • Proven track record of successfully managing and launching Fintech products. • Strong understanding of financial services, banking, payments, or related Fintech areas. • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills. • Strong leadership and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously. • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders. • Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Jira, Trello). • Passion for technology and innovation with a customer-first mindset.
