📋 Description

• Process leads generated through multiple channels and guide potential candidates through the application process. • Schedule and conduct interviews to evaluate candidates on key skills such as communication, empathy, and emotional maturity. • Develop and deliver training programs that equip wellness buddies with the necessary skills and knowledge for success on the platform. • Facilitate a smooth onboarding process that integrates new wellness buddies into our community guidelines and operational standards.

🎯 Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience in Supply operations, Chatrooms, Social Media, Creator Onboarding or Community Operations. • Good understanding of mental health principles or adaptability to learn - this is for assessing and supporting wellness buddies along the process. • Fluency in **Telugu (must know Read, Write & Speak) along with proficiency in English.** • Good verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with candidates and internal teams • Strong skills in MS Office tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for documentation and reporting.
