📋 Description

• Create high-quality commercial and social media videos, including short-form reels • Support the team in delivering 30+ reel-style commercial videos per day • Review edited videos to ensure quality, consistency, and adherence to creative guidelines • Understand creative briefs and convert concepts into engaging Hindi-first video content • Follow established editing workflows, templates, and turnaround timelines • Use AI video-generation tools to accelerate video production and experiment with creative formats • Stay updated on social media trends, editing styles, and emerging AI video capabilities

🎯 Requirements

• 1–3 years of professional video editing experience • Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro • Working knowledge of Adobe After Effects • Hands-on experience with AI video-generation tools such as OpenArt, Google Flow, or similar platforms is preferred • Strong understanding of Hindi and English, with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking • Experience creating commercial, performance marketing, or social media videos • Ability to work efficiently in a high-volume, fast-paced environment • Understanding of short-form video formats, reels, and social media advertising • Willingness to learn and experiment with AI-assisted video editing workflows • Ability to follow creative briefs, maintain quality standards, and meet production deadlines • Experience with performance marketing or consumer internet products is an added advantage
